Brown Builders: Solutionists!

We invented a new word: Solutionist! Okay, maybe we didn’t invent the word, but we are inventing a notable application of its definition in the real estate field. No deal slips through seamlessly; there are always adaptations to be made along the way and we pride ourselves in finding solutions with every bend in the road.

Nothing makes us happier than finding other service providers in our field that prioritize the same solutionist mentality. Brown Builders is definitely one of those providers!

Here are some ways that Brown Builders are solutionists:

  1. They craft their bids in a remarkably transparent manner. That way, when the inevitable adaptations affect the budget, you can see the breakdown of the bid and respond productively.

  2. The owners of the company personally inspect each project on a weekly basis. That way, they are never left in the dark when setbacks occur. Things also don’t tend to lag too much behind schedule.

  3. When complications arise, Brown Builders never give a report to the client without a solution attached. No passing the buck or the blame, just focusing on what they can do.

  4. No one at Brown Builders is “above the situation.” If something needs to be done, they do it, even if it means getting their hands dirty or doing the “small stuff.”

As we have worked with Brown Builders in the buildout of our own building, we have been impressed with how they have ”solutionized” when supply chain issues with our custom cabinets pushed our moving date back several months or when we realized that the lighting was not set up for commercial use so we had to rewire the building.

We have especially enjoyed working with Jen because she thinks out loud, which allows us to mentally walk through all aspects of the project together and account for all the details.

As a prominent member of our “Talent Pool,” we highly recommend Brown Builders as contractor solutionists!
