Spaghetti Shark: Finding “The One”

It’s finally here!!

You’ve probably heard of @Spaghettisharktempe.

Like us, you have all probably been drooling over the thought of takeout pasta, meatball subs, salads, and desserts every time you drive past Warner & Kyrene.

Well, the moment is here! 

Spaghetti Shark’s grand opening is June 23rd!!

James & Aaron are good as gold and in it for the right reasons. It is a tough time to find retail restaurant space like this in Tempe. After initially starting to search, they found exactly ZERO spaces. But after getting Cam involved at Commercial Property Connect, they became much more hopeful. But Cam wasn’t about to let them settle! Cam combed through 70 locations before finding “the one.” 

How did Cam know it was “the one?” The Intentional SearchTM! During their first call with Cam, James and Aaron expected to try to earn Cam’s trust so he’d take them on. But instead, they felt that Cam sought to earn their trust so he could serve them best. (And these guys know about service!) The negotiations that Cam did with the landlord secured terms that would help SpaghettiShark out tremendously as it was built out and launched. (Check out Sphagetti Shark’s instagram for the story of their build out!) It really is the little things that make all the difference….

Like the made-from-scratch raspberry sauce on the cheesecake.

And the perfect crunch on the garlic bread. 

And the onion garnish on the meatballs.

And the…..okay. You get it. Let’s just meet at the grand opening.
